All orders from www.elizabetharmstrongart.com are dispatched from my studio in Melbourne Australia. I visit the local Australia Post office 3 times a week, so you can be certain your parcel will be shipped within 48 hours.

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars AUD. If you wish to check a price in your own currency, www.xe.com is very useful.

Upon receipt of payment, your order will be carefully packed and sent. You will then receive a tracking number so that you can monitor your parcel's progress.
Australia:

NB: Some items are flat enough to be sent as a letter, but tracking is unavailable on letters and thus there is no way to locate your order if it goes missing. Therefore I normally ship all orders as parcels which can be tracked.
ALL international parcels come with tracking.

Delivery times will vary depending on the destination. Please allow plenty of time if your purchase is for a special occasion.
Sometimes things are slow - please be patient! It will arrive.

Every effort has been made to display images depicting each work's actual colours. This of course will vary depending on your monitor or screen.
Please note that all artworks are unframed but come with a mat board to keep them secure.
If your parcel contents are damaged in transit, please return them with their original packaging within 7 days. I will provide a full refund for the item and reimbursement of return postage. All returns need to be shipped within 7 days of receipt, as I am unable to offer a refund beyond this period.
Alternatively, you may exchange the damaged item for another. As each individual artwork is one of a kind, it is not possible to replace it with an identical piece, but please contact me to discuss options.
